Walsh’s remarks are despicable. Politics have become hatred and I can see why many young people want no part of it.

What has happened to us, what kind of nation have we become when we allow ourselves to slander others who don’t think the same way we do and who we then proceed to view as enemies? Jim Walsh has no place in any kind of public facing office. He is a blight.

This is in the same vein as the Washington State Republican Party's anti-MGP mailer about "biological males" taking spots in women's sports that sported an image of Imane Khelif. Just mean ignorance on repeat from that group.

Pure hatred and disinformation, although he always claims it's us on the left that are hateful. Him and his buddy Joel are like high school bullies.

Nothing will change the MAGA voter's minds. When things get worse, they won't recognize that it is because of the policies they voted for. They will just blame the latest rage bait they have been fed. I'm afraid it is now too late for this generation.

Does anyone really think Jim Walsh cares if he's criticized for his recent words? Nah! Double nah!

Look who he's speaking to. In case you don't know, it's the likeminded who will continue to return him to office, possibly even a higher office one day. After all, they are the majority in his district and will be for a long time.

By the way, he didn't say anything new. He hasn't changed his stripes nor suddenly had a epiphany. He's simply put his bible away, probably a Trump bible at that, and ramped up his rhetoric to make sure his folks know he's one of them.
