Jim Walsh has remained in office by blaming the elite in King County for the suffering of his district rather than his own failure to represent the people of the 19th. He is climbing a partisan ladder with his back to Southwest Washington. We have the highest unemployment in the state. We have the shortest life expectancy in the state. We have the highest rate of teen suicide in the state! 4 Terms of Walsh are more that enough to see that he has failed to do the job he has been getting paid for. THAT is why I am running to replace him! Mike19.com

Walsh and other Republicans of his ilk have always been sensitive to the suffering of the very wealthy. This suffering is difficult to actually document with data. It is also difficult to document the putative disincentive effects of these taxes. It is a simple plea for donations.

You sure cover a lot of the items. Why don’t you write a story about the tax on CO2 emission that is certainly one against industry Ie negative to our town. Just try to get a government official to state the lowering of temperature that might occur. I have not seen an estimate above a few hundreds of a degree. They lie about climate, then do the same about COVID, and now war. Larry Wilhelmsen

Walsh has done a great job of misleading people about capital gains taxes. I have a relative seriously opposed to the tax, saying it will hurt all of us. This is coming from a disabled man living in a small trailer on his parent’s property. I tried to explain to him he’s not likely to ever be affected by this tax.

As long as there is a government, Walsh will be opposed.
